This was my first try of these. They appear to be raw in a syrup.

They&#39;ve got to be raw. They&#39;re a type of fruit.... canned, but not very good. I prefer peaches.

As fresh as they can be within a can .  They are very Delicious.  Sweet with a nice texture . I will be ordering more until my tree in Florida matures and I can eat my own .

THese Lychees are delicious. They are refreshing and are a BARGAIN at the price offered by Walmart. They are a fraction of what you can get them for at Amazon as well as most places off the shelf. I am very happy with the delivery time and the entire buying experience.

BEST LYCHEES AROUND

I like to make Lychee Martini's but I can only make them when I go to NY to get fresh Lychee. To my surprise I saw Roland Lychee and bought 4 cans. Actually this product is better than buying fresh cause it doesn't spoil if I don't use it. I hope Walmart doesn't discontinue this item cause it is a good product and I don't have to travel far to get it.

Lychees In the Poconos, PA

The lychee were great. Both cans ordered were badly dented. I don't know if they shipped that way or it happened in route. They were bubble wrapped.

Dented Cans!

This product was packages without any extra wrapping. Cans were thrown in together in the box, and all arrived damaged. I love this product, but next time Walmart should think about packaging these better.

Love product, but packaging was horrible

This item was purchased to fulfill the fruit portion daily requirement of My Plate for a DPA 4-H project. I had never tried this fruit and did some research before purchasing to try to imagine the taste of this product. Upon initial taste, it was comparable to a pear. I'm not sure if the heavy syrup gave it too much sweetness. After the second taste, it was just too much to continue. I'm definitely NOT a fan of this product and would not purchase it again.

First time

I was very sad to find out that these Lychees are apparently awful. I don't know if the Roland brand is bent on disappointing me but regardless Lychees are quite nasty. They appear more opened up than in the picture and they resemble jellyfish, which ruins my appetite right then and there. On top of that, they have an odd, slightly foul smell, which you don't expect from canned fruit. Lastly, when you pry these fruits open, they look as though they have a hard covering.... on the inside.... like you're digging into crabs and ripping off the shell. Yeah.... I'm not buying this again. As a matter of fact, I'm staying away from the Roland brand altogether now. I'm so glad Walmart offers plenty of other yummmy treats to choose from, with such great prices.

Smells, looks like jellyfish, weird

I opened a can of this brands mangos, as well as their canned papaya and it was so awful I almost threw up. I put the food in the trash, and I am returning all of the canned items of this brand that I had purchased.

Returning this digusting item immediately
